The inspiring renovation of the building Evripidou 7 was completed in July 2023, giving a sense of simple luxury with modern decoration inspired by the Athenian urban modernism trend, in a very interesting part of the city.

Kalamata Mediterranean Suites!
The entire place was amazing. Probably the cleanest and most modern apartment we have stayed on our trip through Europe so far (been to 5 other places so far). It is large and super clean with plenty to offer. It is located not too far from a handful of corner cafes and restaurants. The main town square is easily accessible from the walking path where the park is also (10 minute walk only) The host was very accomodating and he always responded very quickly with any questions we had. Always good asking for suggestions on places to go too as they gave us plenty of choices for beautiful restaurants in town and seaside taverns. Also the bed was so comfortable and the shower is perfect size too! I rate this a 10/10 as it was perfect in all aspects.

We spent one night in Kalamata on our way from Mani to Dimitsana and booked very spontaneously. We were welcomed very nicely and the room had everything that we needed. The location is perfect, between the port and the city centre. We could even park in front of the building. We followed the recommendation and went to Holy Mug for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and if you are a coffee lover that's the place to go!

The property is brand new and well cared for. Christina (co-owner) met us in person to show us to our room, and provided a complimentary upgrade! We had a fantastic suite and felt safe and secure the entire time. The suite was equipped with a small kitchen, a sofa, a tv, and a great bedroom with plenty of storage. The bedroom even has another tv! The bathroom is roomy with a heated towel rack and a fantastic shower. Christina also provided written recommendations for local fare and things to do. The location is close to the town square, and not far from the port. Plenty to see and do nearby. Well done!
